Shipping Policy

Introduction

Products eligible for return must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or altered in any way. All items must be returned to the original point of purchase, in their original condition.

Shipping Methods

Our team must receive and approve your return request. Once your request is received and approved, you will be asked to ship across the products to us.Once returns are received by us and quality checks done & cleared, you shall receive store credit. The return item should be in original packing, unworn and in the same condition you receive it. Please provide your order number and a brief explanation for the return.

Shipping Costs

Products that are eligible for return can be returned within 3 working days of receiving the merchandise and within 5 working days of receiving the merchandise for other countries.

Estimated Delivery Times

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the product is defective or incorrect due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for returned products lost in transit.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days of purchase. This does not include weekends or public holidays. After your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Any duties or taxes levied by the governmental authorities at the destination port are to be paid by the customer. Our delivery partners are authorized to deposit duties on behalf of the customer and the customer can then directly clear these with the delivery partners on receiving the shipment.Customers shall be notified of the package tracking information within 24 hours of dispatch of the order.
