Try to buy dried whole stigma instead of powdered one. Saffron at many times may be adulterated and hence choose well sealed container from authentic selling company label.
Store in closed box and keep in cool place , preferably refrigerator.
How to Enjoy
Just a pinch of fresh saffron is enough to enhance the flavour and color of the entire recipe. We Indians love saffron in our rice and desset preparations.
